The enamel dial has both Roman and Arabic numerals, and the watch comes with plain gold inner casewith a gold pendant and bow. The bezels on the gold outer case are decorated with beautiful champleve enamel, and the back is set with an exquisite polychrome enamel portrait of a young lady. Finally, there's a third protective outer case that comes with it. This pocket watch is a must-have for anyone looking for a special and unique timepiece. The pocket watch is signed Les Frs Esquivillion & DeChoudens and is estimated to have been made around 1780. The diameter of the pair case is about 45 mm. Please note that the covering to the gilt bezels on the protective outer case is now lacking.
