Here is a description of a magnificent and rare Patek Philippe pocket watch from circa 1910. This watch boasts a stunning 24-hour Arabic numeral dial with red numerals at 24, 6, 12, and 18. The subsidiary seconds dial is located at 18 and the dial is in superb and excellent condition; it is also free of any hairline cracks. The original gold-plated spade hands with a blued-steel seconds hand add to the elegance of this timepiece. The case itself is made of 18ct yellow gold and features crisp engine turning on the back cover. The cartouche is vacant and opens to reveal the inner cover, which is fully signed "Chronometro Gondolo Rio De Janeiro Patek Philippe." One particularly striking feature of this watch is its keyless lever gilt metal movement, which is fully signed, jewelled and numbered with wolf's tooth winding, large micrometre regulation, and a compensation balance. This watch was created exclusively for the sole agent Relojoaria Gondolo Rio De Janeiro Brazil, and as a result, it is an extremely rare and important example of a Patek Philippe pocket watch. Any collector would be honored to add this extraordinary piece to their collection. The watch comes with an antique presentation box for pocket watches, which, while not specifically signed by Patek Philippe, is sure to complement the watch beautifully.
