This is a beautiful 18th century Swiss verge watch with paste set gold and enamel pair cases. The fusee and chain have a worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates, and there is a plain three arm gold balance with a blue steel spiral hairspring. The inner case is plain gold with a corresponding number to that on the movement, and the outer case has a row of pastes on the front bezel and a paste set button.
